P2P FA REFUND POLICY

Purpose

The following policy outlines the circumstances in which a refund may or may not be provided for participation in a Pathway to Professional Football Academy Program.

Functional Academy Training

Each participant is required to make the registration payment prior to commencement, with payments made for either one session or one quarter / year of the Academy program.

This policy outlines the entitlements for each participant should they be released or withdraw from the Academy program.

Released Player

Should a participant be released by the Pathway to Professional Football Academy prior to the completion of the Academy program, they will be entitled to a refund. The total cost for the Academy program will be split across each training session, and the remaining sessions will be refunded, less a $50 administration fee.

Payments for single sessions will not be refunded.

Departing Player

A player wishing to depart from the Pathway to Professional Football Academy must do so through a written request to the Academy Director of Administration email at football@P2Pfa.com.au. The time of departure will be determined upon receipt of this written request.

  • If the player leaves the Academy prior to completing the annual program, they will receive a refund of the feepaid for any quarterly period not commenced, less a $50 administration fee;
  • If the player leaves the Academy prior to completing a quarterly period, they will not receive a refund for that quarterly period.

Any requests for exemptions from this policy should be sought through the Pathway to Professional Football Academy Director of Administration.

Games and Events

This covers Games and other football events run and/or organised by the Pathway to Professional Football Academy.

Written Notice of withdrawal from a Game or Event must be provided within a certain period for a refund to be considered:

  • 10 Days before commencement date – Full Refund less 10% administration fee
  • 5 days before commencement date – 50% Refund
  • Less than 5 days before commencement date – No Refund

Extenuating Circumstances

Weather Impact

In the circumstances where weather has resulted in the full cancellation (not a reschedule) of a Pathway to Professional Football Academy training session, game or event, a credit or a full refund will be considered.

Program Cancellation

In the circumstance where an entire Pathway to Professional Football Academy training session, game or event is cancelled (not rescheduled) a full refund can be provided. If a participant would like a refund rather than allocate their payment as a credit to a future program, please notify the relevant Pathway to Professional Football Academy staff.

If a credit is carried forward to a future program, the above refund policy will then apply.
